Because it only exists as 'uninspired'. You can't 'uninspire' someone or something.

@@theeow6103 Yes, you are speaking of something that happened in the past, hence the word being 'uninspired', past tense. Can you say the same thing you just did but with the word 'uninspire' in it?

@@phuttyyt I think you can. Imagine someone all excited about something and you don't want them to be, so you decide to dissuade them. You say to yourself, "I'm going to uninspire her by telling her all the things that will probably go wrong". I admit it's not a word, but I think it could be.
