I always feel much more comfortable when music is playing, but only at a low level, but not too low. For some reason, I keep on saying ‘No’ as an answer to anything, but I have no clue why. It calms me because the thing the person told me scares me a little, so I guess saying No calms me

This is so interesting to me. My son seemingly does the exact same thing as you. As far as saying "no" when someone is saying something that he perceives as scary or upsetting in some way to him. S Ofcourse i cant speak for him and say that is in fact the case. But in my personal experience it definitely appears that way. SO, i wanted to ask you a question in regards to when you are saying "no" like that....when that is happening and tour feeling a little scared by whats being said to you,how would you perfer the person your speaking to respond? And is there anything the person can do to help you feel less scared about what they are saying. But still get their point across. OR so you feel like it would better serve you, if the person just stopped talking all together to you in that moment. And then attempt the conversation later? (Sometimes when my son is responding this way, its when i am saying something nicely yet firmly and seriously because what i am saying to him is for his own safety. For example, i may be explaining calmly how he cannot run with his scissors because he could get hurt. Or how we cant do something because its against the rules etc. And since hes only 6yrs old, its something i have no choice but to enforce. Or explain to him. But i dont want to upset him unnecessarily when doing do. And to me, when he starts to cut me off and is saying "no" repeatedly to every thing i try and say, thats my que that he is going through something internally and i need to act accordingly. Only, im not sure how to act accordingly. Like i mentioned above. I know you both are different people and so we cant speak for him. But i feel like, whom else better to ask such questions to, than someone who seemingly is going through the same thing as him in many ways. Im sorry this is so long winded. And i reallllly appreciate absolutely any input you are willing to give me on this specific scenario. Im just trying to be the best supportive mom i can be for him. And i just like to get feedback and input from fellow autistic individuals directly because who else knows better then them themselves. No one. Imo. Thanks again. And i understand if ur not comfortable discussing this w me. No preassure 💛

Are you aware of the works of Barth&Bjertnes? Trond Bjertnes once contacted the musician Frode Barth on a bus station. This evolved into a lasting friendship and musical/lyrical collaboration. They have been performing together, creating records, and a movie. In addition to creating a musical/lyrical work of art, they wanted to tell the public more about living with Asberger syndrome. It has not been an easy life for Trond Bjertnes. Frode Barth as a music teacher, composer, musician says that he can fully trust him.

@writerpatrick
@writerpatrick 2 жыл бұрын
ASD means Autistic Spectrum Disorder. So yes, but not in the way people generally think of it. Autism is often mistakenly attributed to low IQ but actually has little to do with IQ. It just happens that those Autistics with a low IQ are discovered early. Those with a high IQ may never get recognized and just be considered odd or weird and anti-social.

Going beyond superficial shallowness requires more mental culture, an environment that enhances logic and provides the component of literature and poetry. Another important reason for spreading the culture of society is the presence of cafes crowded with professional novelists, poets, philosophers, professors and preachers. Because the reason for the delay of nations is excessive psychological comfort and the postponement of awareness to early retirement. Have you been listening in a bar, restaurant, council, lounge or club? What will you hear but cheap gossip, nonsense, destructive dialogue, and sterile discussions that contain no advice, no criticism, no solutions, no wisdom or eloquence, what does it mean to you??? The meaning you will conclude is that education has become just a theater of entertainment and that universities do not focus on cultural discourse or professional writing, and for this reason you cannot distinguish between graduates and taxi drivers, sorry, with all due respect to all professions. So where is the creativity of the discourse, where is the intellectual discourse, and where is the writing that provokes inspiration?? Who would have thought that panting behind clubs, owning trademarks, and talking about women makes nations move forward, like he who stands in front of a grave addressing those who were there, when only the dead answer!!! The solution is to establish cultural clubs and literary cafes, raise issues of science, family and society, and print any discussion or book worth publishing, because social media does not produce an educated generation, but it produces a generation that lives on dollars, sex, stupidity and mental impossibility! My son became Autistic after a mild rod accident as he had bruises on his forehead. He was lucky to survive but became Autistic. We visited many hospitals and took special tonics but all failed. Then I went to the net and searched and contacted Planet Ayurveda and got Autism Care Pack and some diet tips that were followed precisely that did bring back his concentration level to a normal stage.
