My verdict: I think the fight could potentially go either way, but I’m leaning on having Godzilla win since his true form goes “beyond any physical or spiritual existence.” Doomguy may have multiversal scaling due to fighting Davoth, but so does Godzilla, as he’s stated to become equal to God. Physically speaking, Doomguy could actually have the capabilities of beating Godzilla. But since Godzilla exists beyond physical existence, his energy alone could just bring him back whenever needed. Doomguy can take hits from Davoth, but clearly he isn’t fully equal power and durability wise.
