If I had to guess it's because they had to cut one of Miley's songs out. Notice after Jimmy's first song it goes right back to Jimmy? It was clearly edited due to a copyright issue, so when they reposted it came up as new. Yes, they should have said something in the description, but I'm sure it was a mere oversight
