Okay so here are ACTUALLY all the Rhythmic values of notes and rests looked up on Wikipedia in British and American: Large (Latin: Maxima) / Octuple whole note Long / Quadruple whole note Breve / Double whole note Semibreve / Whole note Minim / Half note Crotchet / Quarter note Quaver / Eighth note For notes of this length and shorter, the note has the same number of flags (or hooks) as the rest has branches. Semiquaver / Sixteenth note Demisemiquaver / Thirty-second note Hemidemisemiquaver / Sixty-fourth note This one has two British names. Semihemidemisemiquaver / Quasihemidemisemiquaver / Hundred twenty-eighth note Demisemihemidemisemiquaver / Two hundred fifty-sixth note

Good day Alaisa. Thank you for your positive comment. You can use this in any grade level, you can give it a little tweak if you like. Most likely this is applicable to elementary pupils but of course you may use this as a guide if you wish to use for higher graders.

Hello, Teacher Jane. You may sing a song together with your students. Clapping your hands represent notes with a particular number of beat. Rest can be distinguish when you'll have a pause in your song. Hope this help.🙂
