Dada.. it's a nice sounding guitar.. good projection and volume.. And it's some years ago, by the looks of you.. I would like a side by side comparison with of your recent guitars.. and an explanation of how the sound evolved or rather the designs thereof..

sound like Smallman guitar which is very thick back and side.

What is the function of a heavy back? I didn't hear any obvious trait that stood out with a close mic recording. Would it be more pronounced in a large room or hall?

well, that is much of what the theory is. It's a bit more complicated. An upcoming video should cover these things.
