I heard Jimmy LaFave on the radio in New Zealand for the first time last week and instantly bought one of his cd's great music. Can not believe I have not heard of him down here, still better late than never.

Sadly, I didn't discover Jimmy's music until just a couple of months before he passed. I remember seeing his name often in ads for local music venues, but i didn't realize what a great talent he was. I wish I could have seen him perform live, but I'm glad I finally discovered his wonderful, soulful music.
