This could easily be the most beautiful lead guitar part i've ever heard in a rock 'n roll song.

Really nice. The musicians are truly fantastic. I had met Radislov “Rad” Lorkovic a few times at various venues. I remember hanging out at the Philadelphia Folk Fest and also with Richard Shindell in the early nineties, He has backed up several great artists and has done pretty darn good solo work as well with his own recordings. This performance is 5 star. Great job!

These guys are superb musicians, the guitar player squeezes every last delicious drop of emotion from his instrument, I never liked the accordion till I heard it played like that, and Jimmy´s singing is sublime. Wonderful.

One of my top bucket list items was to attend a concert with Jimmy, Rad and John together. Now, sadly, that can never be. It is a huge loss to music, really, and my heart grieves at the loss of Jimmy.

I first saw Jimmy Lafave at The Kate Wolf Festival...just another folk/roots music festival set up with a lot of hard work from people who love his and other music that speaks from the heart and soul... be the songs sad, happy, funny, danceable, and spiritually uplifting. Another terrific musical rendition of a good song by Jimmy Lafave. I think great music transcends any politics anywhere in the world!

Jimmy LaFave - Guitar and Vocals, John Inmon - Lead Guitar, Radislov Lorkovic' (Rad) - Accordian, Glenn Schuetz - Electric Bass. Wonderfully artistic musicians all. This is just a small example of their captivating talent. If you can catch them all together, they put on a show that is not to be missed.

Jimmy LaFave performing with his band members: John Inmon (Lead Guitar), Radislov “Rad” Lorkovic (Accordian), Glenn Schuetz (Electric Bass). Recorded for MusicFog on the MusicFog bus at Folk Alliance 2009. Along with The Band, Tim O’Brien, The Byrds, Leon Russell, and Barb Jungr, Stillwater, OK native Jimmy LaFave is an extraordinarily sensitive and original interpreter of Bob Dylan’s songbook. He also recorded “Buckets of Rain” for his 2009 release, “Road Novel”.

I absolutely agree. This is by far the best cover of one of my favourite Dylan's songs. Simple and yet soulful, the perfect combination. Would like to meet Jimmy and his mates here in Italy. Thanks

This song highlights the tremendous talents of John Inmon, and I think this is one of his best. "Hideaway Girl," on the other hand, shows off the equally tremendous talents of Radoslav on that accordion.

Except I think it's "I like the way you LOVE me strong and slow." Correct me if I'm wrong. It is a wonderful song, and for the most part, I love Jimmy's rendition. But I think he takes a little too much license with the lyrics as well as the order of the verses.
