Svadhisthana, the splenic chakra or water chakra. It is the sacral chakra, and is located at the height of the genitals, in the lower part of the abdomen, just below the navel. Its energy represents emotions, spontaneity, desire, pleasure, sexuality and physical creativity. Its color is orange: a symbol of positive emotions, success and inner harmony. When the water chakra is blocked, it has a direct action on emotions. It may give a closure to the “sensuality” of life, resulting in difficulty in experiencing joy. You hit the nail on the head, it’s not sexual abuse I had, it was and is sexual shame, as I child I think from three years old, but I don’t remember, giving my body the men for love. Later on I gave it, so the husband wouldn’t leave me, felt like 28 years of rape every time, and I felt so dirty, brought up Catholic. Can never stand seeing anyone kissing, or men with little girls walking along where I’m walking. When I saw my husband kissing my baby girl, I screamed at him leave her alone. I felt my whole body vibrate, like I was going to faint and didn’t know why I did this. I’m 75 years of age now, haven’t had sex for years, I so want to go out of this like healed. Please god help me?

I am a tennis pro instructor..race motorcycle an long before that i was introduced to workout an nautilus equipment...an was right away taught the art of breathing...its not hard but u work with ur body natural movement u exhale an then just open ur mouth in happens in racing or a tuf tennis match sometimes people get nervous for some reason an they most popularly hold their breath which is especially not good when u are training...as u see them joke in the movies when giving birth just relax an breathe relaxed never panic because ur first response is ti hold your breath...an then u get out of sink...ur brain like oxygen too...its the first thing that suffers....ur thoughts...it doesnt have to be game day or match point..last lap...never hold your breath...ooosah relax an breath...ull find if ur mad u hold ur mouth closed when ur upset...just breathe....need a time out because ur stressed just make sure u didnt hold ut breath...just take a breath no one is counting.....u will perform better...manage a tuf time....blessing peace to u...love an light to ya....thanks...

Thankful I finally came across a sacral chakra binaural beats that wasn't 5hrs plus because I only sleep in increments. I also appreciate the fact it doesn't seem to be the typical 432hz (not listed.. just based off audio processing only) Good vid.. saving to my Playlist. Thank you 😊
