Antes que yo no conocía la meditación tenía mal carácter respondía mal me costaba caminar me gusta hacer muchas cosas hasta controlar mi carácter con mi propia familia y y tenían peleas con mi papá por lo mismo por no controlar el carácter pero ahora qué hago meditación las cosas han cambiado mi vida para mí vida para ser una mejor persona con todos los que me rodean gracias a eso he podido salir adelante
