I found an prehistoric native american hammerstone. I was feeling it and looking at it and fell into a trance while seeing geometrical patterns morphing as I turned it. Interesting thing is I heard/felt this while that was going on. I didn't have any music playing but I was searching today for that sound and this is exactly it... and yes I was sober. 😉

As a kid I used to play this game called Akuji The Heartless, and this game had similar chants worked into the themes of some levels. Sometimes I'd just afk in the level and lay back listening to the music which always calmed me down in a weird way
