Is there anything one needs to keep in mind during and after a shamanic journey?

@@ugh123ugh Going into the journey starts with intention and meditation. Intention from the heart and learn how to meditate with breath and awakened kundalini. Use your imagination to bring you to the path that leads to the underworlds, a hole under a tree! Let it take over from there. You will know when you are in!!! It will probably take some practice so be patient, maybe weeks but it will happen if you are persistent and consistent. Do not be afraid and always be grateful, this is how you honour the Spirits! Use sage to cleanse the room and yourself. Maybe have some sweet grass as a offering to the Spirits! We are all very special and now is the time to realize that! Keep in mind that Love and forgiveness is amazing for growth and is one of the key aspects of the journey... always feel with the center of your heart! I am "Swimming Bear" of the Mi'kmaq and I honour the Grandfather Spirit, the Earth Mother and the Creator Peace and Food for all Swimming Bear

I'm from Pennsylvania USA 🇺🇸 . I've ALWAYS been drawn to the Native American way of life . It speaks to my soul . I've ALWAYS taken the time to go to POW WOWS when they're close by . Within the last year I 've came to find out my great grandfather was a full blooded Native American .. I can't seem to find out anything other than that .. My uncle was the one that told me . He passed on a couple months ago . now I have no way of finding out more .. It truly breaks my heart .. Everything resonates with me & I feel so at home when I listen to things like this .. Wow...!! Just listened to this hypnotic tribal drum beat while doing yoga in the back yard. It had me ALL the way in there. Feelings of Archaic celebrations or ceremonies came over me. Knowing without seeing that my ancestors are here, wrapped all around me is intoxicating! Now I will honor that which is Sacred, so literally everything and everyone. I love my body because it is my vehicle for this life which is temporary. Inside my spacesuit resides my Spirit, eternal, Divine, the Light infinite and perfect. Thank you God. Thank you for your unconditional love, daily guidance, and for being the center of my strength to carry on through dark times. Thank you Jesus for leading by example, for teaching us how to embody love, forgiveness, and for never excluding anyone from grace and peace. Thank you Holy Spirit for flowing through me, like a breeze of fresh air, when I remember to step outside of ego, allowing you to use me as a vessel to be of service. Thank you everyone who may read this, and thanks for the entire planet including every sentient being who calls mother Earth home. With overflowing gratitude I say: We are One.
