A mostly vacant 14,280 square foot mansion in one of Canada’s most prestigious neighbourhoods has relisted for nearly $17 million CAD.
The former home of American musician Prince is a 14,280 square foot mansion. Located in Canada's most prestigious area, the 1.97 acre estate includes a garden oasis, with a tennis court, award-winning pool, and heated cabana with kitchen. He lived here from 2001 to 2006 when he was married to Torontonian Manuela Testolini. The home includes floor-to-ceiling windows, a ballroom, new chef’s kitchen, home theatre, spa, exercise room, billiards room and a salon. There are 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

Whoa! 😍 Was this the Bridle Path home? Lucky Manuela! The house looks extravagant while still looking homey...I could definitely picture this as their marital home. I loved all the amenities, especially the hair salon! 🥰😊😊😊

Absolutely Beautiful inside and out. All Bridal Path homes are big and very expensive. Prince had good taste. Only thing I would change is put carpet in the bedroom. Love having the carpet under my feet when I wake up and walk to bathroom or wherever. Rather than A cold floor besides living in Canada with our cold winters it’s nice to have that warmth n comfort under your feet in the mornings. I know he could get heated floors but that’s just not the same. How I miss Prince and I don’t believe his death was an accidental overdose either. I think something else and same with Micheal Jackson Rip Prince❤

Hi, are there any photos of the inside when Prince lived there with his 2nd wife? Anything of him outside of the home? Just looks like something maybe his wife stayed at more than Prince would live in something like that. Maybe his wife's family and close friends stayed over to keep her company. Just such a large home for two people.

I can't believe it looked that sterile when he lived there with Manuela. I loved the easy going Prince one,never liked his lavish lifestyle. Like he said himself "A house doesn't aleays makes a home". Wished we had pics from when he lived there.

Owed, it was sold, and up for market again. They pulled it for a while after he passed, in 2016. The couches, and chairs are similiar in unique style to Paisley Park.

This was a Beautiful home, both of them wives got rid if their homes they got from Prince Manuela divorce and Mayte's annullment. They both were about money smh.

It would be hard to live there all by yourself, it is massive. They may have well been money motivated though other things may inidicate that much more clearly.

@@Slove986 He didn't raze this home, it was the one that he lived in with Mayte, and also the one that his father lived in. I guess he didn't want anyone to live in the home after he, his father, and Mayte did.

@@lynnerussell4263 Prince torn down the home he shared with Mayte in Minnesota. He also torn down the home his father lived in that was in Minnesota. The Spain home he left for Mayte. The Toronto home he shared with Manuela is on the market for sale.

It could be described as a Q. The front is circular for cars to go around, and there is a car path that led around the other side of what looks like a large parking enclosed building and then further down to tennis court area.
