I wonder if you’ve heard of the Metropole Orkest. They are a professional full pops orchestra that plays with tons of artists on things like BBC proms and albums and such. They did an album with snarky puppy which is unreal. One of the greatest jazz orchestra albums ever recorded. They also did a concert with Cory henry (cover of billie jean and purple rain). Checking any of those would be so cool. Really blew my mind when I first heard them. Changed my understanding of a modern orchestra and orchestration at its core and I think you’d find it really amazing. Love your reactions and videos man thanks for keeping them up! Super fun to watch!

@@StrateleStudios kzbin.info/www/bejne/ooaweIaoaMdpbck You don't know the half of it, man! I love your channel and you are literally one of the few "reaction" people that I like in all of KZbin simply because you let us see your reactions in real-time as opposed to the people to pause the videos every 30 seconds to talk about it, and then unpause for 30 more seconds, then pause again to talk. You get it! I absolutely LOVE that about you. I feel like I get to see your legitimate first-time reaction to things as opposed to the others who have most likely already seen the videos prior to their "reaction" so they have to pause every 30 seconds to spew their bullcrap. You just do your thing and listen to the whole song, and *then* spend a few minutes talking about what you have just witnesses. PLEASE never stop doing it this way! @@gustafsone This comment is an absolute gift to me. You completely get what I'm doing without ever having a single word exchanged between us! My comments are NEVER more important than the music so out of respect I try to wait and make very few comments during the video. On top of that, how can I enjoy it if I'm stopping the friggin' video every 30 seconds. LOL. I can promise you, this will never change. Btw, that Bela Fleck (V. Love your reactions. Just had to say that years after the hey day for Missing Persons, Dale Bozzio lived across the road from my sister in central New Hampshire. She had the most amazing stories to tell of all her adventures back in LA in the '80's. One of the best story tellers I've ever heard. Including a couple about Prince that to this day still make me chuckle.
@StrateleStudios3 жыл бұрын
I saw an interview with her not long about talking about her relationship with Frank Zappa and how they met. I was captivated the whole interview which was pretty long actually. I got to see them a couple time in the San Fernando Valley at a place called the Country Club. I remember Terry having to keep Dale in line a few times LOL.

@@StrateleStudios My sister lives in a town of less than 2000 people in the mountains of New Hampshire. About 20 years ago at this point I went to visit her. I had just arrived when there was a knock on my sister's door. She answers it and in walks this still striking woman with a wild haircut, spandex tights, some kinda rock star shirt, tons of jewelry and a leopard skin print jacket. It was Dale Bozzio and she was a riot. I can imagine she could be a major handful. She had retained the Missing Persons name and would do shows at various venues working with regional musicians. I went to one show at an Indian Casino. The show was great, very tight and professional. Her keyboardist had a part-time gig playing the organ at Boston Bruin's games. Sadly the last time I saw her she was playing a backyard BBQ and did not look good.

Jeff Coffin is a freak of nature... Check out some of The Flecktones videos. It's amazing that Jeff is the current sax guy for Dave Matthews after LeRoy passed away. I even wonder if Dave knows how good his sax player actually is. That sax solo is RIDICULOUS.
