I suggest checking out No Control from the Spongebob Musical, I think you'd like it- it's got a good beat and the vocals layer over each other in a fun way. It really captures the panic people feel when facing an unstoppable disaster and the different reactions people may have to it.

I totally love No Control too and highly recommend checking it out! .... As long as it's from the original soundtrack. The musical had some changes from its previews to its Broadway run, some (like the new Bikini Bottom Day) being awesome and some (like the changes to No Control) being not so awesome. The newer No Control isn't bad, but I find it to be a lot less effective. The lyrics from Bikini Bottom residents are less serious, and the song has to take time to convince Spongebob that there's truly danger on the way. (In the original version, Spongebob, Patrick, and Sandy start the song by warning everyone that the end is coming. In the new one, Spongebob doesn't believe that there's any danger until Sandy explains that there's scientific proof that there very much is.) If you want to check No Control out, David The Hooman, I recommend checking out both versions to compare them.

My recommendations: -Twisted (From Twisted) This is a parody musical made by Starkid, about the story of Aladdin, where the roles of morality are reversed, Jafar being the protagonist, and Aladdin being a massive jerk. It's REALLY dirty, (heads up), but it's actually a phenomenally written musical. I recommend the titular song called 'Twisted' simply because I think out of context, it's the more investing song in the show. (And if you like that one, maybe check out the show itself, or some of the other songs it has) - Come Fly With Us & This Is How We Will End It (From Total Drama World Tour) Yeah, THIS show has a musical format in it's third season, (and nowhere else) I'll say right now that these songs are... unique, they don't completely follow a traditional format because in universe, these are completely improvised by the characters, and they play along with that. Some of them are trash, but some of them are actually pretty solid. Come Fly With Us is the first song of the season, it's improvised, it's a neat introduction to this show's style, and it's also hilarious ("Come die with us" Still gets me every time XD) And This Is How We Will End It, is my favorite one of the season with very neat imagery as a duet between the show's antagonist, and the show's former antagonist, the latter character trying to manipulate the former to save herself, while both of them also try to resist the idea that they may or may not love each other... yeah it's pretty funny, but also disorienting from it's weary vocals in my opinion. Again, this show's songs don't exactly follow musical rules all that much, and honestly, their songs are best when they don't try.

I think you would really like BFF from the musical. It’s the most feel-good song in the musical and is actually what got ME into the musical in the first place. Although, I would recommend the soundtrack version instead of the pro-shoot because the soundtrack has better vocals and better lyrics. Simple Sponge by Panic at the Disco is another great one. It’s about Spongebob trying to prove himself to Mr. Krabs and will show you how great Spongebob’s actor’s voice is. Any version of Simple Sponge is a banger.

This episode is entirely a Musical with a story parodying "A Christmas Carol", and has a whole bunch of amazing songs and does not carry important information for the main plot of the series.
