2008: Hello, Mr Casually cruel (Mr Perfectly Fine) 2012: So casually cruel in the name of being honest (All Too Well) So Mr Perfectly Fine didn't make the Fearless album, but she kept holding on to "casually cruel" until she was able work it into probably one of the best songs she's ever written, All Too Well, 4 years later.
