Musician's First Time Listening to 'Hero' by Ayase/Yoasobi

So, there is a story behind this song that came out! Ayase, who's been pursuing music his whole life and started with his own band before Yoasobi called Davinci, moved over to Vocaloid after he got sick in the hospital and Davinci broke up because of the lack in progress. By then, we already had his first two songs done with Hatsune Miku. After the band broke up and after Ayase lost a lover, he created "Last Resort" which is him contemplating unaliving himself, in all seriousness, and there was an answer song with a more upbeat attitude of moving on. Last Resort got majorly popular - heck, it's how I found him, even if I didn't originally acknowledge the creator - and it sparked his career in not only Vocaloid, but as Yoasobi. "Hero" is a thank you song to Vocaloid for saving him. And many others, such as myself. I've been listening to Vocaloid since 2010 and I've definitely been moved plenty of times by creators and their music, all found because of the voice synthesizers themselves. Hi everyone, I was made aware after the video that this is a vocaloid song by Ayase. Vocaloid is definitely something I'm not familiar with and will have to learn more about in the future.

If you want a really powerful and meaningful Vocaloid song, please PLEASE listen to Hated by Life Itself by Kanzaki Iori. The vocal tuning is a little bit abrasive, but it's a beautiful song. There's a great cover (more popular than the original) by a singer named Mafumafu, and two great English covers by Oktavia and Will Stetson if you'd rather review and break down a song with English lyrics.

He visto que has corregido en los comentarios que no sabías que esta canción fue hecho con Vocaloid, un programa sintetizador de voz, pero quiero decir que, incluso si fue un error, en el minuto 4:30 cuando haces el comentario respecto a la voz y dices que no es molesto y que, por el contrario, queda muy bien, me dió mucha alegria. La voz de Hatsune Miku, y de otras más de Vocaloid, han sido consideradas molestas por mucho tiempo, y por eso mucha gente no suele apreciar o reconocer las canciones que se crean con ayuda de este programa. Aún si fue un error creer que se trataba de una modulación o edición en la voz de Ikuta, pienso que tu comentario es muy acertado y esperanzador; la voz de Hatsune Miku, así como es, pudo transmitir correctamente el sentimiento en la canción. Lamento no escribir mi comentario en inglés, por cierto.

Miku is a computer voice so is not real human voice. Ayase was a vocal kid producer before he formed YOASOBI. Vocaloid is a music genre in Japan which sang by machine vocal.

Actually Vocaloid Voice Banks are created using real voices using various pronunciations, sentences etc. Miku's voice was created from a girl named Saki Fujita (for both Japanese and English).
