As soon as you saw the mirror, I was hoping you caught more.....But there are two other creepy things I noticed. Lee Know's shadow seems to get shot when he himself doesn't...He does get grabbed though. And there is a jam covered shoe on the workbench when Seungmin & I.N tighten the lid on the jam jar. I am not that great about spotting too many other things, sadly.

I loved the video and it made me like the song more! SKZ their theme or "concept" has been food, fun and standing out ex. Gods menu, Superbowl, case 143 (the chicken😂). They've done some horror esq type of videos before: up all night, thunderous. So not totally out of scope

the concept of the MV could also be a part of like some cult classic horror movies, like Friday, the 13th (which was shown in the posters), being set in the summertime, and this is a summer comeback so maybe they were playing into that
