Cocona's part got me to investigate further a couple years ago. After watching their Xtra Xtra Documentary series, I have the upmost respect for this group and each of the seven is a star in their own right.

They just released "XTRA XG #38 (‘WOKE UP’ MV & Photoshoot Behind)" pretty cool video also show some of their personality and bond with eachother and their manager, they have such a great chemistry with everyone super wholesome to watch

The first two beats are from JID performances and the last is from Rosalia , they appropriated so much of the rap culture it is insane As a rap fan it is really appreciable to see all the bars and refs made to rap industry

Nice review and good detail about pronunciation. The flow for Woke Up was very Year of the Ox, they are credited as writers. Good senseis and eager students.

I love all the tape series but I would say check out tape 4 first just because it’s the most recent. I would also recommend “Show You Can” from SWF 2 it’s just maya and cocona but that one is fire too.

New sub! Love both of your energy! Love you music knowledge! Looking forward to more! BTW o agree with your take on maya. She is the most technical rapper of the group, although I love them all I’m different ways. If I had a Bias it would be Harvey though, her looks amd voice are so innocent but she is a savage when talking to haters. The contrast is what draws me in. You will see more of it in the other tapes, especially tape 1, which is my favorite. Harvey is really in her bag in that one

#XG’s Rap Line is ELITE. This was done almost two years ago and I’m always impressed with each one because they can sing SING 🎧🎤🎶👍🏽. COCONA & MAYA are ACES. Although for me, COCONA and CHISA are good at KOREAN although I’m not ASIAN but I believe i can tell. 😂 Please react to the “SHOW YOU CAN” created for TSUBAKILL Dance Crew audition for the Street Woman Fighter ll. you got to hear them singing as a group check out winter without you MV or The First Take version both are fantastic but i recommend the first take version you could HEAR THEM LIVE AND FOCUS MORE ON THEIR BACKGROUND ADLIBS AND HARMONIZATION TOO I HOPE YOU WOULD CHECK IT OUT
