Thanks for reacting to this, I love watching people discover NBT. They’re an insane band, and they’re incredible live as well. Conor’s voice is godly, and the expertise of Price, Joe, Dom, and Phil is incredible. For another band recommendation, I highly HIGHLY recommend Dead Poet Society. They’re similar to NBT, but with a generally heavier and unique sound. Its wild that they aren’t that well known, based on how phenomenal they are and because they’ve been around over a decade. I saw them live last month in Dallas, they’re (somehow) even better live. Their new album FISSION is a masterpiece. My favorite tracks: - .Salt. - Uto - I Hope You Hate Me - .Intoodeep. - Hard To Be God - 81 Tonnes - .Beenherebefore. They also have songs with their iconic fretless 7-string guitar (they removed the frets with a soldering iron 💀), including .swvrm. (pronounced swarm) and Koet

⁠@@samsungfridge1660I’m a huge NBT fan but I’ve recently come across Dead Poet Society thanks to Spotify, and thought I’d have a look at some of their live stuff, because a lot of bands just can’t cut it live. But I have to say I’ve been really impressed with what I’ve seen, they really sound great live! If they ever come to the UK I’ll definitely try and get to see them.

@@4363laura i just checked, they’re actually playing at two festivals in August-Reading and Leeds. Going to the festivals would be worth it just for them imo I haven’t gotten over the high from seeing them live a month ago. Not only is their music insane live, they have a great stage presence and performance. Watching Dylan dancing and jumping around with his bass guitar was so fun, and Jack U (lead singer) loves to go crowd surfing lmao

Nothing But Thieves has such good songs. Would love to see more reactions of their music! Also, it would be a fun idea for a video if you guys could react to Nothing But Thieves - Impossible and then the live cover of the same song by Xdinary Heroes. Both of them are such great bands and Impossible has been my comfort song for 3-4 years straight already. Really recommend it!

Yay, more NBT! Re them playing this live, they don’t, because it’s too hard on Conor’s voice. They have a couple of songs like this that they never do live, Ce N’est Rien is another one that you might enjoy. Also if you’re interested in how they write the songs, they have a lot of BTS and production breakdown stuff on KZbin that’s really cool, Dom (guitar/keyboards/production) is really enthusiastic about it all and makes it really fun to watch even for musical ignoramuses like me 😁

They are frickin amazing. I love their old albums more than these new records, but everything sounds incredible. You guys should definitely check "Amsterdam", one of the most famous songs, and I'd suggest some older ones like "Neon Brother", "Excuse me" or "Itch".
