It helps to time yourself on a problem though. Then you know if you've spent too much time, relative to your high-level goals, trying to solve a problem - perhaps it would be more time efficient to seek help and a different perspective.

I closed my eyes focused on my breathing and my body went into such a relaxion stage I could barely move,and eventually fell asleep. I woke up when the playlist ended with a completely different state of mind. id love to have these tracks on my phone certain music can put me into a trance and its been a long time since ive had that happen.

I really enjoyed the first quarter. After that it seemed songs with lyrics and vocals picked up - which are quite distracting and prevent deep concentration for myself, this may be the case for others. I appreciate the music though, thank you very much! I subbed!
