If you have the money for the annual fee , can build a brand and business strategy , know who you’re targeting as an audience.. then yeah start the LLC. Only if these aforementioned traits are checked off.

What about using AI Agents for your Accountant, Corporate Attorney, and Tax Attorney until you can afford human ones? AI is getting pretty advanced, and AI agents are already in use by some major companies for various things. At the very least, it could make a useful secretary and office assistant.

I have a question. If I register a trademark for an artists name (their rap name etc.) Do I need to register that with the Record Label LLC or the Parent Company? And if it has to be the record label, can I do it while the record label is still a DBA?

Only put it in the LLC if the label belongs to you as an artist. DBA's will not give you protection against the Trademark. So, you're better to just put it in your name and change the ownership status later.

Great content! Though I do think for my own goals, I am going to go with just one LLC for myself. However, if things magically turn for the best or I decide to expand my goals, this gives the perfect roadmap to make that happen :)

What's helpful about having more then 1 llc is the fact you can open multiple banking credit accounts under each one. But you can only do this once the llc is 2 or more years old. So even if you feel don't need right now, maybe you'll never get around to needing or using em, but in case you do having it already there and in the system having been around for x amount of years is only going to benefit you. Highly worth the 10$/ llc opening
