At 6:33, Varma ji mentions "Rakti ragas". Can someone please tell more about this term?

I forwarded your comment to Varma ji and he sent me this now "The term literally means Ragas with a lot of emotion and aesthetic sense, but I personally find many other Ragas having that too. While we have ragas like Mohanam/Bhopali, Hindolam/Malkauns which use the same scales both in Hindustani and Carnatic music, the ragas usually classified as Rakti ragas, don't have Hindustani equivalent and very few people outside Carnatic music manage to do complete justice to them, with a few exceptions of course. Sahana, Kedaragowla, Anandabhairavi, Punnagavarali, Suruti, Neelambari, Devagandhari, would be some examples of Rakti ragas."
