തമ്പുരാൻ പറഞ്ഞത് വളരെ ശരിയാണ്. ഒരു കീർത്തനം MDR പാടി കേട്ടാൽ പിന്നീട് ആ കീർത്തനം മറ്റൊരാൾ എത്ര നന്നായി പാടിയാലും നമുക്ക് മനസ്സിൽ നിൽക്കുക MDR version ആയിരിക്കും.

It's a true fact... I first heard MDR's kacheri when I was a small kid of about 7 or 8.. my father had a cassette.... And I never liked it coz it was not clear and he sang very slow.... But now I regret it coz I don't have the precious cassette... Now I love his songs... I have a whole play list of MDR in my collection... And secondly... as the Prince said... If you hear his song and then you hear the same song by someone else....you will start comparing it with others and understand that how MDR has gone so much detail of the raga... Each and every Gamakas... Each swaras... Each words.... And the small improvisations here and there...... I guess nobody has done it....... It's awesome... Thank you Prince.... God bless....

Varma ji speaks Malayalam, English, Tamil, Hindi and French. I think he is working on his Telugu and Kannada these days.
