@@mbdemaria I've been listening to his Healing Vibrations channel for a long while now. For sleep. Meditation. Getting ready for work in the morning. So so healing.

I really loved this. I was watching this while trying to recover from a mini meltdown. I’m now fully recovered. I’m so grateful for the coping skills that I have. I was actually trying to communicate my emotions through singing. I was trying to regulate the meltdown by singing.

@@mbdemaria I was really debating on going to get my weighted blanket to help too. I probably should’ve. Lying under a weighted blanket and singing or listening to meditation music would’ve been a great coping skill. And holding something such as a musical instrument or even one of my favorite sensory items that helps me to be calm.

@@siennaprice1351 Oh, I LOVE my weighted blanket! I highly recommend it! Yes, and our favorite sensory items - I still have the small bunny I had as an infant in the hospital. :) Appreciate your thoughtful sharing!! :)

@@mbdemaria my sensory brushes really help me. I also love my Koosh ball. Another thing I really love is my squeaky ball. My sensory pea pod chair is another thing that I absolutely love.
