US military can't take Greenland. US military is allready in Greenland. More US military is allways very wellcome in Greenland, and there is an international agreement with Denmark about this. There is plenty of room for more US soldiers. But it does not change the fact, that Greenland is part of the kingdom of Denmark. Only the people of Greenland can change this fact - by voting for independence. Most greenlanders hope they can do that some day. But I think not it will be in Trumps life time. US mining companies are also very welcome by both greenlanders and the danish government, if they do not pollute the nature. All doors are wide open for the US. Tarifs will only mean that Greenland exports the shrimps to China and Wegovy becomes even more expensive for the american people. As danes greenlanders have totally free healthcare and free education (including university). This is why I think the greenlanders prefer Denmark rather than the US, if they can't be independent. There is some racism against greenlanders in Denmark, but we don't accuse them of eating our cats and dogs.

He has near half a trillion dollars - he doesn't care so much about money or building up Tesla further (He's shown that in the past - he is not as $ driven as trump). You are missing key aspects of Musk - as his biographer states that (possibly due to his abusive childhood) he is very much addicted to drama - very extreme and OTT drama. It's what makes him feel alive and wanted . It probably doesn't help he is supposedly awake through the night high on ketamine. It could be that if Tesla completely nosedives that shareholder's +board could fire him to keep the company viable. I can imagine they probably already regard him as a big liability and will look to ditch as soon as opportunity arises.

No, he *doesn't* have "near half a trillion dollars": he has a shipload of Tesla stock that could *theoretically* be turned into hundreds of billions. *IFF* the public continued to believe that it deserves the ridiculous P/E ratio it currently hd *AND* didn't panic when it saw him unloading. And Elon has hung a giant question mark on that giant P/E with a series of failures. Self-driving. Semi. Cybertruck. Hyperloop. Boring Company. He may *eventually* reach his goals for the Roadster, Spacex, and robots, but it'll be *years* behind his promises. And now he's already admitting that his promises for improving government were utter BS. His "Wunderkind" image is becoming "I wonder how so many people fell for it".
