Adding muskmelon puree directly to boiling milk , curdles the milk😢 I was trying out this recipe but was disappointed when the milk started curdling.

Don't add will boiling .first boil the milk after cooling it completely better refrigerate it then add musk melon puree .Also consume it immediately or it will taste bitter...
