So glad you have your own place now. Please keep doing some scenes from the house and the shop build. Also, the outtakes about the day are great! Hopefully you can do them after each ride. It completes the video. We’re riding nicely here in Colorado too. Definitely better than last year for early season.

I see the “old piece of shit” cover on the old sled didn’t make the full trip, but glad that you did. I was the guy in the grey ram in east grand forks/grand forks. Was pretty bad ass seeing you on your trek!! If you ever have any issues around the grand forks area whether it’s trailer tires/bearings, pickup, storm/roads (it doesn’t take much for white out conditions with how open and flat it is), or just need some shut eye there’s always room in our farm shop/mancave! Looking forward to the great content!!

Matt, at 30 you’re still in your physical prime, just have to keep working at it. At 42 I’m in the best shape of my life from an endurance standpoint, and not far off my max strength (used to lift competitively)… it’s hard to make the time for sure… I’ve got 5 kids so I totally get it! Great to see the first ride of the year, looking forward to watching your season and getting some snow back here in North Bay, Ontario soon.

Yup,had to remove the skis to fit a sled into a suburban traveling from upstate NY to Colorado a fews years back. Had to sleep next to the sled a few nights, but that didn't bother me none even though it was cramped with dog traveling with also. Cheers
