If you want to connect your Yamaha amplifier to sk300 sound card, connection will be by the same as in the video link that I sent to you. So you will have to connect just 1 BT Rx-Tx to the Sk300.

Amazing explanation of the full set of this sound mixer device, extra ordinary with all the detailed explanations 👍👍 I did bought this sound card, with the lack of detailed from the given instruction manual, mine were putting aside for months. Btw, may I know what condense mic you are using? It sound great, mine is with very very soft voice, and the voice is breaking into pieces when I played back the recording. However, my mic was perfectly works well if I am simply using an type-C OTG audio cable, with an audio splitter (1 x 3.5mm for ear-piece, and 1 x 3.5mm for mic) wire. So, I am not sure what's is the problem, I were thinking possible the sound card not given enough Phantom Power to drive my condense mic. Appreciate, if anyone can give me some advise. 🙏🙏🙏

When you press the effects while recording, it should be recorded. Are you using an adapter to record? Android or iPhone? Maybe that’s the issue.

Hi I’m Tylan Hasten, I just got the SK300 sound card everything is all good except for the microphone. It’s in input but when I go to mono input in reaper there are no selection and I can’t recording my voice for some reason in reaper. But everything else and Bluetooth is connected to this sound card but I can’t record, I can hear my voice and see the volume range to see if it’s to high or to low but it’s still not letting me recording. I don’t know what to do please help me.

In recording aside from turning up the mic volume, you have to turn the Recording volume slider and that is your output volume control

I hope you used the usb c to TRRS adapter as most of the adapters are only for headphone and will not work for Recording.

If you can’t find the right adapter, you can also use the OTG port then you will need usb c camera adapter which is easier to find.

Thanks. Unfortunately this sound card has no feature to turn off monitoring. So you’re control is on the monitor volume to minimize what you hear. Using a condenser mic will pick up little noises as it is very sensitive.

I just had my SK 300 delivered thanks to your clear and concise review. While testing it out and recording onto my laptop the playback seems awful muffled, almost like there is too much compression in the microphone. It doesn’t sound this way when it’s recording through the speakers. Is there a button on the sound card that would eliminate this muffled sound? Is there a button that I have pushed that is causing this sound? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your reply. I know that and I did set up exactly as your above tutorial except with my galaxy phone instead of iphone. But could not record anything. To check the K300, I put the earphone to live but I did not hear anything. To record video and audio via live plug there should be some signal in the live plug. If you don't hear anything, the SK300 must be not functioning. I am asking if my assumption is right or not. Thank you

Please connect your Earphone to the Earpiece 1 or 2 of the k300 sound card. Then connect your galaxy phone to the live 1, 2 or 3. If you are using an adapter like usb c to 3.5mm - some of them might not be compatible with your phone and that's perhaps why it does not work for recording. Your assumption could be right if you have tried different adapters and different ways.

When you connect sk300 to your laptop via usb, and you had set the sk300 as your speaker or output- you can monitor all the audio from sk300 and from the laptop like you tube music.

Yes it’ll do. It has built in fixed sound effects, voice changer, reverberation and more. Please note this sound card can’t record or create sound effects.

SK300 sound card cannot record custom sound effects unlike K1 or Maonocaster lite.
