Since I am here temporarily, I do ride a bicycle in a full jilbab with a niqab and my very loose jilbab in which nothing is visible never got stuck. There were times when we rode 40km in one day for adventure. I have hiked for hours even in the snow. These people are just blind and don't want to understand. Yes, the hijab restricts you. it is just so scary to think about difference between knowing things and actually believing in the things that we know. I grew up knowing every possible belief throughout the years from what i was exposed to through social media and irl experiences but I was never really stuck with any belief for a long time to claim that as my identity cause i was always learning which eventually led me to the truth which answered everything that I was seeking i.e Islam. If you get caught up with lies and then make that as your identity at an early age then you'll never find the truth or it just become really difficult. The west has be successful in installing these bs ideas in the children's from an early age now even through school system and then there are these adults who are completely brainwashed. Before I was always thought people used to bring these arguments just to argue and have a perspective but now after realizing they actually believe in what they say makes me sad . Most people are completely lost and no where the truth , when they are so close to the truth. They just ignore it when it's right in front of them.
