Well, it may appear like medicine to you. Although, not everything, which you see on such videos, is correct. The chances of getting sick are quite prominent in Delhi Street Food. You never know which kind of vegetable oil being used for frying the Poori (the first dish of this video). And, the second Dish (Chhole Kulche) I am really doubtful if there was anything special or tasty about it. I was actually surprised when I saw him praising that dish. One is quite vulnerable to get adulterated milk or dishes cooked with adulterated milk in India; and, Delhi is no different [timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/68-of-milk-adulterated-new-kit-to-test-in-40-seconds/articleshow/51435005.cms]. No doubt we have a very rich heritage of food and cooking in India; although, this is also equally true that chances of having a pure, hygenic and unadulterated food are not as strong as may appear.
