Actual m hua kya h ki koi sentence kewal Hindi m smjha diya h or koi kewal English m or koi koi dono m. Ye shayad or bhi jyada better ho skta h ki jb aap each sentence ko both languages m explain krein IMO.

A very good question, you need brains to ask this question. The answer is that in islam the definition of ‘rukhsati’ is when a bride starts meeting her husband privately. Such as in a room chilling out, or going out for dinner, driving in a car. Therefore in islam that marriage will be considered consummated even if intercourse did not occur. The fact that he has seen her privately, can fantasise about her, lust after her, touch her, a million things can be done without intercourse. The rules are different when a woman has simply signed the marriage contract but has never met her husband in private.

Agr agar non muslims ki tarha divorce pregnancy meh hi ho jati aur bap dafa ho jata toh log sochty reh jaty k is bachy ka bap kaun hain. Yaha dna ki zaroorat nai hain, common sense ki zaroorat hain.
