Thanks for your kind explanation. This actually needs to be heard. Whether you are a man or a woman, if you imagine your life without porn, imagine living in the 90s, normal foreplay and traditional sex which involves love is enough to satisfy you. But what is happening these days is that there is litte to no love involved when you are having sex hence you avoid asking your partner if they like the same as you do. Also, new weird stuff that's out there nowadays will not satisfy you, rather make you addicted like drugs and make you try newer or weirder stuff.

In terms of religon and intimacy changed the interpretation of how we percieve satisfaction between each other. I believe Scholars popularised their opinions for these regards. In terms of increase Semenal volume is really simple: - Abstain or fast from ejaculation - Zinc, Vitamin C, B Vitamins, - Drink lots of water - Drink lots of 100% juices that is pure, pomegrante, orange, pinapple, - Have organic products for your diet - Cold exposure, like cold shower and cold plunges - Don't ejaculate for 3 days (if your married) - Refrain from negative thoughts since it messes up your sexual health - Cut out processed foods, oily foods, - Have decent protein - Cut out obesity + overly fat belly - If you're not married abstain from porn, fast, be productive and be mindful of what your purpose of your future. @@seekfactsnotfiction9056 ​I did but it was established on another video - Sleep is important but only for a few hours, 10 hours to be exact. To improve semen quality the list I added above is heavily taken to account + I studied this for a while so I know what I am addressing here. Furthermore, sleep does very little benefit and for many people it differs. Only good quality sleep is needed, otherwise is barely does anything to your hormones except increases your stress hormones which is bad for your sexual health - meaning even after you wake up, by alarm, noise or anything your stress level goes up. As mentioned, sleep differes for a lot of people. It does very little benefit to having an increase towards semenal production.

@seekfactsnotfiction9056 I wrote a comment earlier, not sure why it got taken down? Sleep is far from it and only is suggested for the topic of recovery. It is important to rest, I agree but with the topic of increasing semenal volume doesn't apply for this matter. Good quality of sleep increses the chances of better hormonal production but not semenal production. Even with the smallest of rest time it doesn't do anything to increase semenal volume. In conclusion, the list I have added above is beneficial to add (if you want better semen quality).

With all due respect, but if you have a channel discussing the topics you do.. you can expect such questions. Such a question is amusing to many of us to read, so it makes your content amusing as well. On the other hand, you could apply husn al dhan and actually seriously answer his question.. PE doesn't have to be porn-induced at all.. also what if he never watched porn but he is interested in knowing what and what not to do with his spouse? In stead of making it a show.. you could just privately answer him. A Muslim who knows just a little about his deen will already know that porn is haram and shouldn't watch it. If you do watch it, make it absolutely clear to yourself that watching it will lead you to misery and quit.. it is really simple as that. You don't want to be a loser.. watching that garbage will lead you to a miserable life.
