I am from Mauritania and I am a long time subscriber but I never thought you'd talk about my country in your videos. As you said in islam it is encouraged to marry widows. But the biggest misconception is that it is encouraged here but it's not,even parents can't meddle in the marriage it is seen as a big Taboo , but if it happens the family welcomes the woman to make her feel like it's nothing and everything is okay they sometimes even celebrate it as a way to make her more comfortable.

Follow the Quran and sunnah in regards to marrying marriage and divorce. And know kids are the responsibility of the father not the new husband. It’s a kindness and encouraged for the new husband to take care of them. As for you sister. May اللّه make it easier for you. My wife is from the UK and I know some of the issues of that culture. I’m however from the US and we also have our own issues here. But keep your duty to اللّه he will provide for you from sources you cold never imagine. Read Syrah talaq (haha coincidental) ayat 1-3
