Stop being alone my bro, everything will be alright, make dua, pray all 5, spend time with family. Note:Never be alone even without your phone as you say your mind is thinking about it so even thoughts can make you sin. Aoa brother I too am 16 and will turn 17 this june, trust me I know how u feel. I would HIGHLY recommend you read easy peasy way to quit porn, you will quit porn as soon as u finish the book and follow it, trust me I am talking to you from personal experience. It removes the brainwashing and strengths your mind which is the main problem people have that leads to relapse. The book is only 100 pages and you can finish it in 5 or 6 hours (I recommend finishing it in 1 or 2 sessions and not delaying it). After reading it you will know how easy it is. Another positive is that it is free online and you can also listen to the audiobook if u want. Its by far the most effective thing all other methods are not that effecient imo.

I have cracked the code. I brush of the thoughts at the VERY start. Like VERY start. Just remove the thought that intimacy exists, REMOVE IT completely. I myself was an addict, but, It's easy peasy that way... Right on day 10 my life started to feel like rainbows and butterflies. 🙂

I’d normally avoid posting a comment especially on religious matters, but this seems ridiculous…, if anything a common teaching for all religion is self-control This person has put a picture of a girl, because he found her content funny/entertaining. It’s by no means provocative. If you still choose to get aroused by such a simple picture, that’s on you, a fault of yours on your lack of self-control. Allah please forgive me. Im a recent revert and I have practiced Ramadan for the past couple years now. I feel as though i have gotten better except for my Dua’s but one thing i cant beat is Masturbation! This year i have had more discipline than ever but the first week going into Ramadan. I stopped all forms of lust and masturbation and was holding strong but around the 8th to 9th day going into Ramadan my testicles started hurting to the point where I could not bear it so on that night, I had to relieve myself and the next day when I woke up, I instantly felt better physically down there! Am I the only one that experiences this issue where when I do not relieve myself every once in a while, my testicles start to hurt badly?? please pray for me and make the wall that I do not come across this problem again!!🙏🏼🙏🏼

alot of people who are addicted can be kids from the ages of 9-15 so i dont blame them too much for not understanding how serious it is to do this especially in ramadhan , i beieve this is the audience of this video. i am not condoning the behaviour , they must also learn to fear allah.
