Hey love you may want to check on that tax back thing. I live in Texas and I know certain outlet malls have a stall that do tax back if you are visiting and you also find stalls at the airport who do the same. They may not be doing it previously but I know in Texas at least they do have those stalls. All you need is your receipts with your name on it and your passport.
