brother why you put grease bearing on the area where it sit ? normaly we dont do that. on cars or motor bike regarding silender blocks or biger bearing like yours :)

Well when alloy oxidated / corroded with other alloy part or steel then is like no way to remove/separate two parts , especially that motors can reach quite high temps and parts are quite fragile compare to cars or bikes :) . So when I start to use grease I never had any problem with removing bearing :) , but yeah this is just my way of doing it, could be bad or good ( no one knows ) 🏴‍☠️🍻

@@PirateWasHere if i can recomand is ceramic grease. We put on different parts in contact with heat to avoid corosion and make easy to remove. Like breake caliper and wheels in contact. But on breake caliper of cars who go very high in temp. Without that we dont put because it can make play with time. Then dont know for that... but i get very expensive roller in past we dont put. An good quality bearing have protection against corosion and the metal balls inside an special grease for that too. And your part on video is aluminium then not problem with corosion. Then finaly not realy sure. For me i will mount them without and to extract an old bearing with an bearing extractor :)

Thanks for your input , last time I had to cut side motor shell to remove bearing coz of alloy oxidate, so this what i did I took from my experience 🍻🏴‍☠️

@@PirateWasHere you have more knowledge than me in xiaomi. But i will recomand you to throw in trash the xiaomi bearing to put SKF version they have same dimensions of the xiaomi. Those are good bearing and no oxydation. they are other from other brand in ceramic who is the best regarding low friction. But i am not totaly sur is the same dimensions but it should

turn inside the shell of motor in black Matt colour. it absorb more heat radiation from the stator. shiny surface of that, hold heat inside the motor like a flask. it's really work.

@@PirateWasHere test it. Paint one sheet of aluminum black and place another sheet without paint next to a heat source such as a soldering iron or iron. To an equal distance. You will see that the black sheet will absorb twice as much heat as the glossy sheet. This is because the heat source itself produces infrared light that is absorbed more by the black surface. Infrared is also a type of light but with a shorter wavelength. it's really help for your cooling system.

I test it by my self. and now body shell of my hand made motor is getting hot very soon. it's mean absorb more heat from stator to the outside of motor and inside the motor is cool down.

Paints can be temperature resistant, but this does not mean that the pieces will receive higher temperatures but will receive less. The heat source will not be colder if you paint the cover. The cover will be cooler, but that doesn't mean anything to you. In principle, it is even better for the cover to pick up more heat than less.

Hi, i want flash your firmware m365 pro 155 32kmh stock power.What is changed and stock in this firmware? I want only higher top speed like 32kmh but not more power,amps or watts,everything keep stock so not break anything.I tried make my own cfm,i changed only sport max speed to 33 but scooter still goes 26kmph,why is your going faster when it is in stock power?Or is there increased phase current and battery current to achieve higher speeds? goran klacic that’s better, but I could still buy a whole motor for that. A motor side plate shouldn’t cost $189 aud that’s a bit rich still. That being said it’s a machined custom part, so expense kinda goes through the roof especially on lower volume stuff.

It is not a mass production of hundreds of thousands of pieces that could compare price with a hub wheel. Cover is making from 2.2 kg block aluminum. Piece by piece, operation by operation on a machine that costs 140k €. I ask you what is cost of one working hour in Australia?

i relly dont see a point in upgrading a xiaomi m365 for that much money. it is a budget scooter to begin with, and i will not trust that cheap alloy they are using going 50 kmh ...if you get the parts for free clearly its a different story 😜. i converter my m365 to dual motors and dual battery for 100$, just bought a second scooter with a bent frame and took all the goodies out of it

I just ordered 2 of these scooters ,delivery today and my purpose is exactly to mod one and post it as a giveaway and make a super sleeper using only the stock motor . A person must know and understand electronics though so not blow or hurt oneself. cheers mate!! remember not everyone has to follow another person and each person has his/her own reasons for doing thing or being unique...running the rat race and being like everyone just suck lol.
