My favorite brush is an elf brush that I’m not even sure what it is. Some small eye brush maybe. I use it when I’m painting my nails and I miss to swipe away the nail polish haha. It’s how I trick people that I’m good at painting nails. So I definitely agree with not being confined to what the brush is marketed for.

Agreed. Use a brush that works for you even if it's labeled to be for one particular task. I've so many brushes but love Morphe and Real Techniques. Heard great things about the NYX Pro Powder brush so that's my next brush purchase. Always looking for good brushes. This video was great.

On my end I know I say how I use it because people will ask, and some just like to know how the brand intends it to be used. I’ll see some brushes that I’m like what how is that helpful, but when you see someone else use it you’re like ohhh that makes sense. But at the end of the day it’s whatever you want it to be!

I absolutely love the elf ultimate blending brush, it is a fantastic brush! Some of my other favorite brushes off the top of my head are the Real Techniques blush brush, the Anastasia a23 highlighter brush, and the elf complexion brush.

Also, for those girls with really small eyes or lids like I have, Elf makes a really great small crease brush. Usually the crease brushes are too big for me, although I do love the Mac 217 blending brush, but elf's small crease brush is just the right size and obviously the right price!

ELF brushes have never worked for me. The only good thing about Morphe (for me) are the brushes, I also have some Coastal Scents brushes I like, but If I lost them all I'll probably just buy all Real Techniques, the best!

I have lids that were meant for much bigger eyes than what I have. Then being partially sighted I tend to be squinty especially my right eye so I am extra jealous of people with big eyes and lots of lid space.
