Join me for another fun, (and hopefully educational), video about Tractors! In today's episode I am going to cover what I believe are the MUST HAVE tractor options for any tractor! But not only that I will explain, and give some historical videos of WHY I think each of these tractor options is essential. It doesn't matter if you have a compact tractor or utility tractor, these options are the same. Doesn't matter if you have a John Deere, a Mahindra, Massey, a Kubota, an LS, Case or Kioti, these tractor options are 'mostly' pretty universal with only the exception of one or two of them. We'll also check out some Kioti tractor footage from the DJI phantom 4 pro drone, and some clips of many different tractor projects on our Illinois and Kentucky farms to help illustrate just why I think these are all very important options for any tractor. Thanks for joining me, please, if you enjoy our content hit the Like button and share it on social media to help us grow our KZbin tractor family! And also consider subscribing to follow all of our new Kioti RX7320 tractor videos as well as all of our Illinois and Kentucky land management projects, food plots, duck ponds, DIY Rustic home decor, our Kentucky farmhouse rehab project, wildlife conservation projects, wildlife habitat improvement projects, wildlife videography, wildlife photography, Bobcat T650 skid steer projects, Bobcat mini excavator projects, DIY rustic red cedar projects, DIY rustic barn wood projects, and much more country living adventure! Thank you. Kapper Outdoors, living the dream, one acre at a time.

That external 3 point controller is a huge deal for you and myself that can't handle going in and out of the cab more than a couple of times in a day. If I didn't have 1 it would ruin my day from the physical movement that is unnecessary and the pain it creates for us so quickly. I would rather be in pain from getting something accomplished, then just hooking up a attachment.

Luckily I was in the process of building my shop on the 1 floor and my house was on the 2 floor. I had to pick between 5 4 post lifts or a elevator but I had to go with the elevator because the lifts could be installed at anytime without any issues, but the elevator would have been a huge issue to do down the road.

I think that water ballast would be better on your axe bearings and and axles because the weight is directly from rubber to ground. As opposed to suit case or cement block which your frame and axles have to fully support.

I noticed you didn't mention the rear wiper. It doesn't come standard, but when you're baling or it accumulates dust and dirt, it's really great to have. I can see the twine spinners on my baler through the mirror much better after just a couple wipes and don't need to turn around to make sure they've caught on the bale. It's only ~169.00 for the setup and not too difficult to install. Glad to see you have them.

I like that hydraulic top link. Also I see you like the AG tires and this is an older video, but what do you think of the R14Ts? They look cool, but I'm not sure if they're performing as awesome as they look. My tractor will be a chore toy, so looks counts for something but I'll be traversing so sketchy grades and definitely finding some mud, but also don't want to shred pasture if I need to do a little work in there. May also be asked to mow a bit (obviously not my yard, but maybe along my road where digging the hell out of it with AG isn't preferable. )
@kapperoutdoors
@kapperoutdoors 2 жыл бұрын
Ag tires are far superior to R4's. R4's will damage grass and stuff a lot less but the traction is not that good. All depends on your overall goal. But if you are on sketchy grades I'd go with the AG tires for sure for more safety. Also be sure to load all of your tires with fluid if you are on any grades to help stability! Best of luck thanks!

I'll back up everything you said. I got nearly the same setup: RX7320; W.R. Long third-function; filled tires and a grapple. I think we even took delivery the same week. Yours has seen more work, but so far I'm impressed by the Kioti. One thing I'd suggest is adding a USB charger port. I bought a 12v marine charger port and wired it in under the 12v lighter-style port on the left front cab stalk. Took less than an hour and it has an LED display telling me battery voltage, too.
@kapperoutdoors
@kapperoutdoors 4 жыл бұрын
Excellent choice we've both made! Congrats on the new rig! Just completed nearly 25 acre bush hog with it! Not sure what you use the USB port for? There is a cigarette lighter (I think...) that I can charge a phone with. Or does it not have one? Thanks, and best of luck!
@FamilyManMoving
@FamilyManMoving 4 жыл бұрын
@@kapperoutdoors Thanks. I never got around to putting the USB outlet into the old boat and got bored one afternoon. Parts + bored is usually a recipe for something odd. I use it to charge phone + a remote bluetooth speaker for when I'm not in the tractor but away in the woods. It keeps the gnomes happy. I thought the RX7320 was a bit big for crawling through the woods, but it's funny how much wider trails get with a 66" root rake grapple. Keep up the work. Good to see Kioti getting some attention.

Just now you showed a close up of the rear tires/rims and see that there are two studs with nuts and the rest are bolts holding the rear rims on. I'm sure that aids in mounting the rims to the tractor. That cleared up an earlier question of mine.

Great video! First reply to one of the many videos of yours that I’ve watched... I recently purchased a TYM 574 cab hydro. I have most of your must have’s minus 1 remote and R1’s. I went with R4’s. Hope I don’t regret a little less traction... My 10’ batwing is plumbed using just 1 fitting. Hydro top link is on order. Not sure if I missed it, but have you used a land plane/grader implement? I love mine for leveling and maintaining the gravel drive!
@kapperoutdoors

Thanks man and best of luck with the tractor! You will definitely have less traction, but as long as you are aware of it you can be a little more cautious in muddy spots, or keep your speed going! Haven't used a grader, but there are many that take at least 2 hydraulic lines. Don't think I'll ever get one at least while I have the skid steer, but your're right those are great implements!
