I called customer service. The response was that I’d need to start a new account, I don’t think so! The customer data base should have been the most protected part of the transfer, but apparently SMKW’s customers weren’t that important to them.

@@94slingshot yep…when I called the second time the rep said he would manually go in and replicate my history and email it to me..still nada to this day. I have had to put in new passwords three times to get to the order page. Also when I did order two items (that both said in stock ) they shipped only one and said the other one is a pre order ( even though the site says in stock). This conversion must have have been a freeby by cousin Ella cause it sure want done by pros.

Why should customers jump through hoops because of their mistake. SMKW couldn’t tell and apologize for the mistake? No, they let customers struggle to trying to login. How about the poor folks in customers service who are the ones catching the flack for the mistake? Nope, plenty of other knife stores to shop.

Hey good brawdy! All I keep on my right wrist is an glow infinity tool Lots on my left tho, a couple are just for PMA made by friends and family, mastodon ivory, glass beads and copper and stuff. A glass breaker bracelet. Bearing block bracelet. Watch with compass. Pot hook bracelet with some kevlar and forged CRV hook. Custom paracord bracelet with firestorm buckle (whistle, ferro rod, ceramic scraper and blade. A leather firecraft bracelet with a ferro rod we dug out of a garbage disposal in colorado
