“heat training” is damage. that’s why it becomes easy to straighten; you’ve straightened your hair so much' you’ve removed the natural curl pattern, altering the texture and therefore making it less resistant to heat. there’s no such thing as “heat trained hair” you mean heat damaged.

@@fatherfemi7641 heat training is not heat damage, the elasticity of the hair is no longer forming a curl but the hair is still very healthy. Heat damage is when excessive heat has been use and damaged the hair causing it to become short and brittle and broken off. There are many videos on KZbin explaining the difference between the two.
