Hey Shivesh, Your channel specially on baking products is super useful. After I married and came to India, I couldn't find most of baking stuff on road side shops, so my hubby helped me to purchase from amazon. Then again reviews vary, but from a professional like you on baking field reviews it is super duper useful and effective. On other note, your baking dishes are creative. Picture capturing mind blowing and love how you are teaching others how to do so. Lots of love and respect for you from a rookie baker 😊

Thank you Shivesh for this video. I have painstakingly assembled most of the "essentials" over time. I wish I had seen such videos as this much much earlier, as it would have saved me lot of research, asking around, watching many recipe videos etc just to understand what i need to be able to bake different things, even if i am not a pro. I still dont have a turn table. Or a blow torch though. One thing that happened to me was over time my family and friends took my hobby seriously and started to gift me many of these. That still continues. It is a big help in getting good quality pandls and tools without having to shell down a lot of money. Plus it is always nice to get a useful gift and bake something in return.. and i do the same for my baker friends. I am still not convinced about turn table or torch as i am not a big fan of frosting. But this reminds me that I need a multi tiered cup cake stand. Time to pass on hints around 😂

I've started my baking journey recently, the extent of coverage of important topic the newbies would need & the detailing is fantastic and incredible. Have been loving to bake with you. One confusion is on buying those things which are not biodegradable and are not good for our ecosystem(eg parchement paper) I really cannot live with guilt of using some stuff which are indeed avoidable, pls suggest. I had a request though: I don't know if it'll reach you or not as m a day late in commenting.. Can you do a tutorial on proportion of liquid to solid in cakes, along with consequences of how putting more or less fat(liquid) affects the texture of the cake. If your recipe asks for 1.5 cups of maida and half cup oil and around half cup milk.. then what if i want to say half it or make with 2/3 quantity. Another example, if i m adding orange juice, that is another liquid, then what do i do with other liquod ratios. Ratio helps a lot. I hope you r getting what i want to say.. Please acknowledge if you read this.
