Eggless Chocolate Truffle Cake | Ganache Frosting & Glaze Recipe | Step by step choco truffle cake

Who doesn't love a decadent chocolate truffle cake! It's always been one of my favorites and I baked mine in my ‪@MorphyRichardsIndiaSmartIdeas‬ oven, just in time for #ValentinesDay
This cake has a rich chocolate sponge, whipped chocolate ganache and a drool worthy chocolate glaze. Perfect for when you want to make someone feel special. #EgglessBaking

Ingredients
For cake:
2 + 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 + 1/2 tsp baking powder
1+ 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 + 1/2 can condensed milk (600gm)
3/4 melted butter
3/4 cup milk
3/4 tsp vanilla
For ganache:
1+ 3/4 cup chocolate (300gm)
1 cup + 2tbsp heavy cream
Glaze
1 + 1/2 cups chocolate (260 gm)
6 tbsp butter
2 tbsp corn syrup

Hey Shivesh! Absolutely lovee your recipes! I have made almost every eggless recipe of yours and every single one has been perfect. Thank you so much for the amazing recipes. I was wondering if you could make a video for all the oven functions (not the OTG oven). I was thinking about oven functions like the fan, the grill with the fan etc. Normal ovens have a lot more options to choose from, so if you could kindly make a video on this. Sadly, I do not live in India, so OTG ovens aren't very common here. I follow you on IG and you said you were replying to all the comments, so I decided to try my luck lol. Thank you so much!
