In accenture for some levels they can decide their own salary structure or compensation plan , so if basic is more/less how would that affect & also in few companies nott sure in accenture our hike will be on top of basic right.. correct me if i went wrong some where..

basic pay should be 50% of your total CTC for example if you CTC is 10lakhs then your basic pay should be 5Lakhs then other components are distributed accordingly, and about the hike the percentage increase not only on basic based on other components as well
