Amazing Video Andrew! One question lets say I am buying calls on Tesla at key level support, indicating a reversal. Where would you put your SL? I know price action sometimes likes to jump below key levels a little bit and then quickly reverse (vice versa with key level resistance)...

Thank you! If the price is at a strong support level, I'd give some room for volatility or consolidation. If relevant technical levels are near, such as moving averages, previous day close, or VWAP, I'd use them to set my stop loss. These levels can act as additional support and may provide a better indication of whether the trade is going in the desired direction. Remember to consider the overall market context and your risk tolerance when setting stop losses.

Andrew, what do you look for when adding on pullbacks? Because pullbacks can be the start of reversal to the opposite side, and buying on a pullback can be dangerous.

When adding on pullbacks, I primarily look for pattern integrity, it makes no sense to add after my stop loss. Also important, is confirmation signals that support the continuation of the original pattern or trade idea. These signals can include bouncing off key support levels, reversal patterns like bullish engulfing candles, or resumption of volume and momentum in the direction of the trend. While pullbacks can sometimes signal a potential reversal, proper risk management and understanding of the market context help mitigate the risks associated with buying on pullbacks. It's crucial to wait for confirmation and align additional entries with the overall trend direction to minimize potential losses.
