Love the house the first room as a office space I would turn into a kids bedroom, the rooms over by the last room wpuld be a pool table and movie room or a large bedroom where the grey walls are. The master bedroom bath would have a bench built in it with a detachable shower head.

This is a beautiful home. Of course, I'd make just a few changes. I'd need an 8ft concrete block wall erected on the street side for privacy and noise control. I'd also add a pool and jacuzzi. Also, for $700k, I'd expect a fridge and washer/dryer unless the seller is offering credits for that.

You can't just do things like add an 8' concrete wall in a neighborhood that almost certainly has an HOA. Also, the fridge/washer and drier aren't standard with any new construction. You can get the builder to add it, but its at your expense. You'll get it cheaper buying it yourself.

In new construction the builder”builds” in things like the range, microwave & dishwasher; refrigerators and W/D are stand also envisions do not included in new build. You can sometimes find them in resale or can be negotiated. Just the way it works.

I would plant a nice tree line in the back where you can see the traffic whizzing by..ugh.. Also will help block more noise and create a more serene plot. .needs a pool and epic landscaping!

Hi Sue. I agree with you regarding staging and all decked out with the pool and landscape. Since this is an inventory home, the builder didn't want to upgrade it to the point that the buyers can't afford. The price is in line with those houses in this subdivision. Thanks for watching. I watched the entire video hoping to see a reason to buy but was disappointed. The location not good, backs up to busy road. Definitely don't like the vanity/sink area open to bedrooms, reminds me of cheap motel rooms. Waaaay too many doors in bathrooms, would have been a better design to have pocket doors to separate from bedrooms and inner compartments of the bathrooms. I really do like the cabinet choice in the kitchen and the craftsman style element to the front entry of the home as well as the brick color. At least it didn't have those sliding barn doors! It is a quality built home just not to my liking.
