Hello Ms. Carter, I've written it before: I love the American Communities. Clean and tidy, self-contained and yet open. A dream. Just like the house. The large living and dining area with the kitchen. Wonderfully spacious and elegant. Likewise the bedrooms on the 1st floor. Spacious and cozy. And the finished basement with play and entertainment room. The back yard is nice too. I can very well imagine living there !!! Also a thank you for your work. I find your camera work very pleasant. That calm way of lingering, but not too slow to find it boring !!! Believe me, I've seen videos that make you dizzy when you watch them. I wish you a nice Sunday and all the best. Winter, good question. Technically, that office space could not be considered a bedroom because it does not have a closet but if you add a closet, then, yes. I was actually wondering why they have a full bathroom there and no bedroom but I think they are giving the homeowner the option to convert that office space into a bedroom.
