I like the houses you show just wish you would show case more thing that people look for such as natural sun light through out the house, the views from the windows, the back splash in the kitchen, the access door in the basement, also slow it down bro especially with the kitchens, huge selling point! Just a thought from a potential buyer, respect king.

@@FrederickMitchellJR The fireplace to me, give the home that extra pop, a focal point. When I bought my home in 2007, I told my realtor one of the must have that I wanted in my home is a fireplace, and I wanted a real woodburning fireplace, not a electric fireplace. And also just in case during the winter time, if there is a bad snowstorm/ice that may effect the electricity, that real woodburning fireplace can be essential, I can use that for heat to keep warm.
