Dang! Are those connections to/from 195 at the developer's expense alone? Seems like an awful lot of benefit to everyone else in the area that'll be footed by the folks who buy the new homes in the development.

No, I believe those are coming from the state. There’s been traffic problems at 195 for awhile and they’ve been working on coming up different solutions

@@Haydnhalsted google it... portland, san fran. You might want to research it so you know what you are getting into and selling the homebuyer. Washington's governer has been towing the line. Homebuyers need to realize that 30 miles away from Spokane is freedom from numerous form of government tyrany. Meanwhile washington is setting up for extreme carbon taxes, government land takeovers, fines, gas taxes and elimination, extreme gun laws, etc, etc,etc,etc.. the list goes on. Are u aware of this? Yes or no?

@@sweendawg7274if Spokane follows in the footsteps that San Francisco; and Portland has by becoming a sanctuary city then Spokane will not be a wonderful city for many people to live in. Spokane doesn’t have a large number of homeless people rough sleeping in the streets or city parks.
