I like the exterior of the home but if I'm paying $1.8 million, I do not want any basic layouts and finishes. This home still has standard/basic bathrooms, basic kitchen for the price, and the master bathroom/closet combo with carpeting can be a problem later. If someone takes plenty of showers the steam can can cause condensation in those areas.

Miss blue please don't be upset with me. My mother had me in tears. She said what are the steps for in the bathroom? I told her it was the closet she says, "this is not smart." The home is magnificent but the master bedroom closet it's not functional and if you are over the age of 50 this is not the right home for you. Does the builder allow you to make modifications and some of the plans?
